My Other Favorite Hobby: Scrapbooking

Along with creating jewelry, I have another fun hobby that I enjoy doing: Scrapbooking. It is like a walk down memory lane every time that I get out photos to look at. One of the best things I love about scrapbooking is putting together theme pages for each set of photos. When you create a theme page, it's like making your own personal story-book. 


Photos tell a story-and it's a story that you can pass down to your children and grandchildren. Photos help spark memories and help us to share something precious-the gift of life. Taking photos can be a lot of fun-although I am one of those who don't really enjoy being in photos. As I have began to think though-perhaps I should be in a few more of those photos-the more photos that I miss out on-the more memories someone else may not have of me. 


So if you are looking for a meaningful hobby-and something that you can continue to add more to as you go along-try scrapbooking. It's a great way to journalize your life and make a story for someone else to read.
